WHAT WE DO FOR OUR SUBCONTRACTORS

     The Jordan Group sales agency represents a group of subcontractors that serve the multi-family new construction industry.  We partner with these subcontractors and our mission is to help them grow their business.  We do this by leveraging our extensive network of clients and relationships in the industry.  From years of experience we know the General Contractors and Developers that understand their success is defined by the quality of the subcontractors they work with.  These are the clients we want and we pursue.  We open doors, secure business, maintain the relationship, and secure repeat business for our subcontractors.  

WHAT WE DO FOR OUR CLIENTS

     We provide our clients with a list of vetted subcontractors that have a proven track record and several years of experience in the multi-family industry.  These subcontractors are professional, easy to work with, and competitively     priced.  They know what it takes to secure business in this industry.  All provide turn-key service except for Milestone Cabinets and Alumiglaze (Cerartec-Ceteca) which are buy-direct from the manufacturer programs.

 

     Current trades include Paint, Drywall, Metal Studs, Wood Framing, Flooring, Acoustic Sound Mats, Roofing, Doors and Trim, Concrete, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, Masonry, Landscaping, Windows (aluminum framed, window/curtain walls), Electric- high volt, Electric low-volt  (structured cabling, fire alarm, access control, camera systems, audio/video), Cabinets, All Misc Metals- Div 5, Signage, and Appliances,
